Beyond Client Work,
Building the Industry
At Snail Integral, our responsibility extends beyond delivering results for individual clients. We believe that the agriculture and business communication ecosystem in India grows stronger when its practitioners, leaders, and innovators have platforms to connect, share knowledge, and recognize excellence. Our flagship initiatives are built around that belief.
Advancing the conversation around agriculture, business, and communication in India.
Why We Run These Initiatives
Most agencies define their contribution to an industry by the quality of their client work. We believe that contribution can go further. Over the years, we have built platforms that serve the broader ecosystem, bringing together professionals, policymakers, researchers, farmers, and communicators who share an interest in making India's agriculture and business sectors more visible, more connected, and more capable.
These initiatives are not marketing exercises for Snail Integral. They exist because the conversations they create, the knowledge they share, and the excellence they recognize have genuine value for the people who participate in them. Every summit we have organized, every podcast episode we have recorded, and every edition of our newsletter we have published has been built around one question: what does this community actually need, and are we the right people to provide it.
What follows is an overview of each initiative, what it stands for, and who it is built for.

Brand R.Comm Summit
India's platform for agriculture and rural communication excellence.

The Brand R.Comm Summit was created to address a gap that Snail Integral had observed throughout its years of working in the agriculture and rural sector. Communication, advertising, and marketing professionals working in agricultural and rural contexts were doing some of the most challenging and innovative work in the Indian industry, and yet there was no dedicated platform that brought them together, recognized their contributions, and facilitated the kind of peer knowledge exchange that professionals in other sectors took for granted.
The summit was designed to fill that gap. It brings together communication professionals, agribusiness leaders, marketing practitioners, rural development experts, government representatives, and media professionals for a focused one-day program built around knowledge sharing, industry dialogue, and the recognition of excellence in agriculture and rural communication.
The agenda at each edition of the Brand R.Comm Summit reflects the most pressing questions in the sector at the time. Sessions have covered the evolution of digital communication in rural India, the challenge of building brand trust with farming audiences, the role of regional language media in agricultural communication, the future of agri-tech brand building, and the intersection of government communication and private sector marketing in rural development programs.
Over three editions, the summit has built a reputation as a serious and substantive professional forum. It has attracted participation from some of India's most recognized names in agriculture business and communication, and it has created a community of practitioners who continue to connect, collaborate, and refer to the conversations the summit started long after each edition concludes.
Format
Single day conference with keynote sessions, panel discussions, and a dedicated awards segment recognizing excellence in agriculture and rural communication.
Audience
Senior marketing and communication professionals from agribusiness companies, specializing agencies, rural development organizations, and government departments.

Bio-Agri Next Global Conference & Expo
Where sustainable agriculture meets global collaboration.
India stands at a defining moment in its agricultural history. The pressure to increase productivity while reducing the environmental cost of farming has never been more acute. Biological solutions, which include bio-stimulants, bio-pesticides, bio-fertilizers, and other microbial and natural input technologies, represent one of the most promising pathways toward an agriculture that is both more productive and more sustainable. But realizing that potential requires something that the sector currently lacks: a dedicated global platform where the science, the policy, the business, and the farmer perspective can all be brought into the same conversation.
The Bio-Agri Next Global Conference was conceived and organized by Snail Integral to create that platform. It brings together agricultural scientists, policymakers, agri-input companies, international researchers, farmer representatives, and investment professionals to explore the current state and future potential of biological solutions in Indian and global agriculture.
The conference is structured around the understanding that sustainable agriculture adoption requires progress on multiple fronts simultaneously. The science must be validated and communicated clearly. The regulatory environment must be navigated and influenced constructively. The economics must make sense for farmers at the field level. The supply chain must be capable of delivering quality products at scale. And the communication between all of these stakeholders must be honest, evidence-based, and oriented toward practical outcomes rather than advocacy positions.
Bio-Agri Next creates the space for that multidimensional conversation. It is designed to be genuinely useful to everyone who attends, whether they come as a scientist seeking peer feedback, a company seeking regulatory clarity, an investor seeking market intelligence, or a farmer representative seeking to ensure that the conversation about sustainable agriculture includes the people it most directly affects.

The Snail Show Coffee Table Book
A visual record of the people and ideas transforming Indian agriculture.

India's agriculture sector is changing faster than it is being documented. Every year, farmers adopt new practices, researchers validate new approaches, entrepreneurs build companies that change how food is grown and distributed, and communities adapt to the shifting realities of rural life in a modernizing economy. Most of this change happens without formal record, acknowledged in passing by trade publications and policy reports but rarely captured with the depth and visual quality that the scale of transformation deserves.
The Snail Show Coffee Table Book was created to change that. It is a large-format, high-quality publication that documents the changemakers, the innovations, the companies, and the communities that are shaping the future of Indian agriculture. Each volume combines long-form editorial content with professional photography to create a publication that is both informative and visually compelling, one that belongs on the desk of anyone who cares about where Indian agriculture is going.
Volume 1 was launched at the Brand R.Comm Summit and received strong recognition from the agriculture and communication community for the quality of its editorial perspective and its visual production. It featured profiles of pioneering agricultural entrepreneurs, documentation of significant innovations in agri-input technology, and an exploration of how communication is reshaping the relationship between the agriculture sector and the broader Indian public.
Volume 2 built on the foundation established by the first edition, with an expanded editorial scope and an even broader representation of the voices and stories that define Indian agriculture today.
Volume 3 is currently in development and will continue to spotlight the innovators, policies, and practices that are driving the sector forward into the future.

The Snail Show Podcast
Conversations with the people driving change in agriculture and business.

The most valuable knowledge in any industry lives inside the people who have spent years building, failing, learning, and succeeding within it. It rarely makes it into formal publications or conference presentations in its most honest and useful form. Long-form conversation is the format that comes closest to accessing that knowledge directly, because it creates the space for guests to think out loud, to contradict themselves, to revise their positions, and to share the kind of nuanced, experience-based insight that a panel discussion or a press release never captures.
The Snail Show Podcast was built around that premise. Each episode is a focused, extended conversation with a leader, practitioner, researcher, entrepreneur, or policymaker who has something genuinely worth hearing. The conversation ranges across whatever territory the guest's experience makes most valuable, whether that is the challenge of scaling an agri-tech business in India's complex rural market, the experience of developing and registering a new biological product, the communication lessons learned from running a large-scale farmer outreach program, or the broader question of where Indian agriculture is heading and what needs to happen to get there.
The podcast is produced to a professional audio standard from Snail Integral's Noida studio, with remote recording capability that allows the team to bring in guests from across India and beyond without compromising on sound quality. Episodes are available on all major streaming platforms and are promoted across Snail Integral's digital channels and industry networks.
The Snail Show Podcast has built a listener community of professionals who share an interest in agriculture, business, and communication. It is a resource for practitioners who want to learn from peers, for observers who want to understand the sector more deeply, and for anyone who believes that the conversation around India's agriculture needs more honest, informed, and sustained attention than it currently receives.

- •Researchers and academics working in agricultural sciences
- •Policymakers and government officials with agriculture responsibility

What These Initiatives Add Up To
Taken individually, each of these initiatives serves a distinct purpose and audience. The summit brings practitioners together. The conference advances the dialogue around sustainable agriculture. The book documents the sector's evolution. The podcast deepens the conversation with its most important voices. The newsletter keeps the community informed between those larger touchpoints.
Together, they represent something that goes beyond any single initiative. They represent Snail Integral's conviction that the agriculture and business communication sector in India is worth investing in not just as a source of clients but as a community that deserves platforms, documentation, and sustained intellectual attention.
We are not a neutral party in these conversations. We have strong views about where Indian agriculture needs to go, about the role that communication plays in driving adoption and trust, and about what it means to serve this sector responsibly. These initiatives are where those views find expression, and we build them with the same seriousness and commitment that we bring to our client work.
